Project One: Adding social media icons

Today I learnt how to add social media icons to my blog so that when you click on them it will link to my profile. I have made links to my Facebook, Pinterest, Vimeo, Instagram and Linkedin.

To add social media icons you go to: Layout - Add a Gadget - Select the 'Image' option. 

The above screen should come up. In the 'Tittle' box write 'follow me'. In the 'Link' box copy and paste the link to your social media page of choice and then finally in the 'Image' box you can either upload an icon from your computer that you have made or select 'From the web' and paste the URL.

You can change where your icons appear by moving them around in layout. The icons look something like this on your blog. 

Something that is annoying about doing it this way is that every icon has to have a tittle above it, which to me looks untidy and unnecessary. Something I would like to figure out is how you can have all your icons together under one tittle.
