Project Two: Student gallery page progress

I have started making a student gallery for the website. I tried using the code that I was given in class but was having trouble trying to remember what each part did and what code I was suppose to use since it changed quite a few times. Instead I did some research and found a tutorial on how to create a basic image gallery. It is very similar to the one that we originally drew up during class time. I need to put images in it though to test it actually works. I also have to still put the code for the gallery on the actual imagery gallery page as I have been building it in a separate file currently. This is what I have so far..
